1 . GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We want you to be entirely satisfied with purchase made at Abordage. If you're not happy we welcome your return or exchange within 14 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL SHIP DATE as long as the following criteria are met:
• The item(s) were purchased from ABORDAGE.
• The item(s) is new and unused with no signs of wear or use.
• The item is a mass product not a custom product.

2 . THE RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS
SEND US YOUR RETURN
For your protection and to help ensure you get a full refund, we recommend the following:
• Use the original packaging materials and box.
• Ship the return with UPS.
3 . GET A REFUND OR STORE CREDIT
- 1-2 weeks upon receipt and inspection Abordage will issue a refund of the purchase price paid less any shipping charges if applicable.
- The original purchasing credit card is issued a refund within 5 business days of receipt of product(s). It typically takes 1-5 additional business days for the refund to post or appear on a credit card statement.
- Items received as gifts are eligible for store credit or item exchange.
- Shipping is not refundable unless there was an error on our part.
- If the order being returned took advantage of a promotion, i.e., free shipping or a coupon, the value of the promotion will be deducted from the refund.
- Refused shipments/orders will be subject to a $10 fee and may be assessed an additional 25% restocking fee. The assessment will be deducted from the refund amount.
- All returned orders may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, due to damage incurred by customer, or poor repackaging of returned items. The assessment will be deducted from the refund amount.
